For All Visitors to the website.

HMS Naiad Private Members Section:

The HMS Naiad Members Section has been withdrawn and the information held previously will be transferred to a password protected folder on the host server. Access is gained by using a valid user ID & password, which will be provided via the HMS Naiad Members Forum, which will require registration to view the files. This level of protection will prevent automated email robot harvester's from routinely scanning and collecting data from the html source code. Additionally, meta tags are placed within the page HTML, that prevent search engines such as Google, from scanning the members index page. Password protection should defeat all commonly known methods of automatic data collection, for the purposes of sending unsolicited mail, but is not 100% secure. If there should be any misuse through manual collection of data, hmsnaiad.co.uk cannot accept liability for any such action. Should you require that any of your data be withdrawn from the service, contact the webmaster.
Any member found abusing the service will have their access withdrawn - the webmasters decision is final.

Personal Information:

If you submit personal information such as your email address, that information will only be used to respond to your question or request for information. The webmaster will not share your information with any third party without your explicit permission. All email addresses displayed in the HMS Naiad members folder can only be accessed with a valid User ID and Password. These will be supplied by the webmaster in the forum and are subject to periodic renewal - any renewal will be clearly notified on the News pane of the forum. Any misuse by members who may have legitimate access to the members area, is beyond the control of hmsnaiad.co.uk and no liability can be held by the webmaster, for any such misuse.
